Batchy showed what he is capable of doing when he has the ball, Benton was superb again, i felt we didnt deserve to get beat today

For the second match in a row we took nothing from the 90 minutes which was hard to take because we deserved to take something from the game. You can't fault any the players for effort, with Batchy, Derek Ure and Andy McGowan all didn't deserve to be in a losing team. My man of the match was Alan Benton for the 3rd match in a row.

I thought derek ure played well today but I think alan benton just shaded it for me.

I disagree, I thought the performance at the back wasn't the best, no-one taking responsibility for their individual jobs. Two free headers and a unchallenged shot at goal cost us today, it also happened against Musselburgh and Bo'ness. I don't think you could ask anymore of the midfield, created enough chances to win the game comfortably. Think the 3 trialists did well today also.

I cannot fault Benton for being my man of the match today. All the trialists played their part too
in the match. Disappointed to lose as I thought we deserved something from the game.
Hope the Bonnyrigg player's injury is not too serious and he's back playing again soon.

I went for Del thought he was every where in the middle of the park for us, thought we looked very disjointed with Steve Graham at right back great to see him back but not a right back wanted to go inside to much, the second goal ball watching cost us, third goal the ripped us apart with the speed and quick passing, in the second half we were much the better side and deserved something from the game but once we took off the big forward to looked half decent we isolated Scifo who had ran all day long but was knackered by end
