Pre season preparation

I realise the frustration of our fans at the lack of information coming from the club about where we are in our preparation for next season. We are working tirelessly behind the scenes trying to put together a squad that will at the very least consolidate our position in the Super league and also improve the playing surface as well as the general appearance of the ground.
It is our policy as a club not to publicise our business until everything is done and dusted. As soon as we are in a position to let people know what is going on we will do so.
We need your support more than ever as we are having to rebuild the squad as a few of our best players have moved on to pastures new. We are hoping to get all our players sponsored this year and there will be a number of fund raising events throughout the season starting with a comedy show on July 26th. Buying tickets for these events really help the club financially and you are guaranteed a good time and value for money. Sponsoring a player is another way of helping the club. Any individual can sponsor a player or fans can club together to spread the cost. Season tickets will be available and are another way of helping the club.
Anyone willing to give up some free time would be more than welcome as we have a severe lack of bodies. Anyone who could spend a few hours on a Thursday and Friday selling the treasure chest would be a great help. This would suit a retired person or someone who doesn't work.
I will post squad details, friendly info etc in the very near future.

i fully understand that as a committee and a management team that you are all working very hard behind the scenes, and that we have to keep things under wraps until everything is signed and sealed but what we are not getting is any thing info on players comings and goings even though the players are telling everyone through their own Facebook or twitter accounts or other clubs telling us they have signed our players not a great way to find out about losing players, so no info on any signings but all we are hearing is give us your money help the club which i can fully understand but surely this has to be a two way street and info has to be told to the fans back as soon as possible not us hearing through other avenues

And still nothing said no info on here. Got to fully back up steven on this one things are signed and still nothing coming out. I appreciate the work committee do. And know they work tirelessly noones doubting that.

I really resent the fact you are saying that all I am doing is asking for money. I am asking fans to buy tickets for a show and a season ticket. I am not asking for money for nothing. We can't control what is posted on social media but as an example lets say we post that we have signed Belly, McLaren etc. The first question on the forum would be what about Derek Ure etc. Derek, Eamon and Calum only signed last night. The last thing we want is to advertise the availability of these players online. It is not a case of letting the fans know. If you sent me a pm I could have explained this. I realise the frustration, we are feeling it too.

but zander why post it on P&B ok yes the only signed last night but you choose to tell P&B and not here first, yes i understand the club needs to make money to survive and get players, but so far there has been not info on any players on here who have left and signed for other clubs or any of the players who have resigned or been released its now mid july and as a supporter of camelon juniors nothing else i have been given no info, would you buy a season ticket for a club where you dont know or are not getting given the info on whats happening, as far as i can see we have lost the back bone spine of the team and not replaced any of it yet since that is the info i have from the club
