Fantastic result for the Mariners today and a terrific way to finish the season. The new committee is officially in place (although we have been working hard behind the scenes) so hopefully we can take the club forward and have more success in the coming years.

Fsntastic result and after a long hard season the perfect way to sign it off, good news having the new committee in place and all the best to lads who have come in to move the club upwards and onwards

Well done to all the players and management team and what a great result for the outgoing Robert McTaggart who's been a great servant to Camelon over the last few years. Best of luck to the new committee who have taken over.

Great end to season after a difficult start. Great for John, Martin and the rest of the team. What a brilliant idea to go to the local hostelries and show the cup. It was a great PR excercise. Well done again.

What a great send off for Tags to have us winning the cup. When we started off the season, we wondered how far we would get in the Scottish Cup. And if we would win anything near the end of the season. But we have gave some good performances throughout the season, despite finishing 12th in the Superleague. Top five goalscorers were Graeme McLaren 16, Marty Wright 11, Gary Wright 8, James Stevenson 7, Davy Grant 7. Top five player appearances were Calum Scott 40, Jordan Devlin 39, Graeme McLaren 38, Derek Ure 37, Marty Wright 36. With seven of the players having re-signed again for the new season, plus others to follow. Let's hope we can achieve better in the weeks ahead with the new committee. As the players plus John and Martin gave us enjoyable football to watch. Thanks to them.
