I hope we are in better form for this weekend's fixture, I would like to see more use of the available players from the bench. Paul Miller may have added extra dig alongside Martin Mooney in Saturday's game. Has anyone other thoughts re where players could be better employed, in order that our players can show their true form..

I think Paul helps a lot in a game, both going forward, making time for our speed merchants to break, strong challenges and is not easily dispossessed. He also has a fair turn of pace, which is a lot more than some. He tracks back well and supports our defence and could benefit from playing alongside Martin Mooney.
He is still quite a young player and still has to learn, but from when he first arrived at Camelon, he has been one of the most improved players we have.
So as far as your opinion in connection with him not being that good, I will have to agree to disagree with you.
I do not favour Paul over other players, but he won't improve and develop further from the bench.

No-one will improve being on the bench. But my question is why doesn't he get slagged as much because to me he has so many bag games its unreal. Last good game i seen him was hte cup final last year before that he didn't do much either.

I take it you dont like Paul Miller. The purpose of the forum is to offer encouragement to the team not to continually have a go at particular players. You must remember that Paul has hardly played this year and he always gives 100%, you cant ask anymore of anyone. Please remember that the players read the comments on the forum and the last thing we want to do is Knock their confidence. So let us get behind the players and the management team and I believe we will enjoy a successful season.

Well if thats the case why is McLellan continually picked on and others aren't. its not that i dont like miller just hes not someone for me who could change a game. McLellan can at times. Not often but can. Hes dreadful at times as well

I actually felt he played better when he first came to the club than the rest of the season.

I'm not stressing of him to be crucified but more about others who aren't criticised and others who are overly criticised

Alan, are you Kenny's wee Brother ? All players on the park are at some point criticised, please no more sniping unless you want to fully explain, who you are talking about. Who criticises your star players and who are your favoured players... And as the administrator ses, the forum is about raising moral...
